As a member of our customer service team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our customer satisfaction. Your duties will extend beyond maintaining, repairing and commissioning complex systems. You’ll also be responsible for diagnosing faults and offering phone support to our clients and system operators.

As a field technician, you’ll be on the move, installing, maintaining and repairing our efficient heating and air conditioning systems on customers’ premises. Your goal will be to ensure that our customers’ systems are up and running smoothly as soon as possible.

Your application process in Customer Service

You can send your application in under 30 seconds. Simply upload your CV in the application form under the job you are interested in and tell us the most important information about yourself. Click on "Send application" to start the process. No later than 7 days after receipt of your application, we will decide whether and how to proceed with your application.

If we are impressed by your application, the responsible recruiter will invite you to an initial interview. You will receive an email with all the details. We will conduct the initial interview by telephone. In this interview, we want to get to know you better and find out more about your previous career. Of course, the get to know will also serve to answer any initial questions you may have.

Everything went well? Great! We will then invite you to an interview with the department. Here you will not only get to know your potential manager and colleagues, but we will also have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into your previous professional tasks. These interviews usually take place via video.

If we come to the conclusion that everything fits, we will reach out to you with a contract offer and hope that you are also enthusiastic about us. As soon as we have agreed on the conditions together, you will receive a signed employment contract from us to become part of Viessmann Climate Solutions.
