We need your expertise
As a field service technician, you’ll be directly on-site with our customers – right where your expertise is needed the most. You’ll install, maintain, and repair our innovative and efficient heating and climate systems, ensuring our customers' solutions run as smoothly as possible.
The team on the job
As a back office service employee, your expertise will be needed to advise customers and support our system operators with commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Our planning team ensures that our field teams have the best possible conditions. Optimal processes (e.g., overnight loading of service vehicles), dedicated colleagues, high-quality equipment, and a clear plan all help you unleash your full potential.

Your application process in Customer Service

We will conduct the initial interview by telephone. In this interview, we want to get to know you better and find out more about your previous career. Of course, the get to know will also serve to answer any initial questions you may have.
Everything went well? Great! We will then invite you to an interview with the department. Here you will not only get to know your potential manager and colleagues, but we will also have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into your previous professional tasks. These interviews usually take place via video.
If we come to the conclusion that everything fits, we will reach out to you with a contract offer and hope that you are also enthusiastic about us.
