Career
Like many ski jumpers, Adrian began his career in Nordic combined. After specializing in ski jumping and finishing school, he concentrated on his sporting career. He moved to Oberhof to take advantage of the best possible training conditions. Early on, he was regarded as one of the biggest talents in German ski jumping. Adrian confirms this with three medals at the Junior World Championships in Planica 2024, winning bronze in the individual and mixed team events and finishing second in the junior world championships with the team. These successes enable him to reach another major milestone in his career: Adrian celebrates his World Cup debut at the start of the 2024/25 season in Lillehammer, Norway.
Three medals at the Junior World Championships
Adrian has been part of the Viessmann Junior Team since the 2021/22 season and is one of the biggest talents in German ski jumping. He proved this impressively at the 2024 Junior World Championships: in Planica, he won three medals, two bronze and one silver. With bronze in the individual event, Adrian ends a five-year long drought for the German team; it is the first time a German won an individual medal at the Junior World Championships since 2019. In the 2023/24 season, he is an integral part of the Continental Cup team and impresses there with consistent performances.
